EASY EXCHANGES:
- You can exchange your size or style within 7 days of delivery.
- Each item is eligible for one exchange per order.
- Diwali Sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchange requests depend on stock availability and a quick quality check once we receive the product.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos and your order details when reporting.
- If an item is missing, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video as proof for refund or replacement.
SHIPPING:
We’ll do our best to make returns hassle-free:
- LYVN will arrange a pickup where our courier service is available.
- For areas outside our pickup network, you can self-ship and get a ₹70 reimbursement with valid proof of shipment.
NOTE:
- Sale prices are final. No price adjustments after purchase.
- This policy applies only to products purchased during the LYVN Diwali Sale.
- At any exception in Exchanges, All the refund will be given in the form of Store Credit, which is valid of 100 days.
