Refund and Exchange Policy

HERE'S HOW OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS:
  1. Products purchased during sale or under Buy X and Get X offers are not eligible for return. Only exchange is allowed (subject to availability).

  2. You can request a return or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Each product is eligible for only one exchange per order.

  4. Approved returns will be refunded as store credit. The store credit will be valid for 100 days from the date of issue.

  5. Returns and exchanges are applicable only for products purchased directly from LYVN’s official website.

  6. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.

  • For missing items, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory for verification and refund approval and share with us over WhatsApp Number- 9445715839

  1. If any misuse of the return policy is identified, LYVN reserves the right to reject the request and restrict future return or exchange requests.

REVERSE PICKUP POLICY

    1. Once your return or exchange request is approved, pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.

    2. Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 1–3 working days.

    3. A quality check (QC) will be conducted at the time of pickup. If failed, the QC will be conducted at LYVN warehouse.

    4. The product must match LYVN’s original tag and label details.

    5. The product must pass the following QC checks:

    • Correct product

    • Correct color and size

    • Brand name and original tags attached

    • Seal tag intact

    • Style ID / SKU match

    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition

    1. Please seal the package properly before handing it over and take a clear photo of the packed product for your reference.

If the product does not meet LYVN’s QC standards at the time of pickup, the return or exchange request will be rejected immediately.

Please note: Products that fail the quality check will not be eligible for return or exchange. Once rejected, the same request cannot be raised again.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Shipping charges and COD / Partial COD charges are non-refundable.

  3. A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount for returns, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

  4. For COD / Partial COD orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit or gift card to your registered email or mobile number.

EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS

  1. Exchanges are subject to size availability. Exchange for a different product or different colour is not allowed.

  2. Once the returned product is picked up and approved, the exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours.

  3. Products purchased under BOGO offers can be exchanged only for size, subject to availability.

  4. Once an exchanged product is delivered, it will not be eligible for further return or exchange.

NON-SERVICEABLE PINCODES

  1. If your pincode is not eligible for reverse pickup, you may courier the product to:

    Important instructions:

    • Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.

    • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number clearly on the package.

    • All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Once we receive the returned product and it passes QC, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
