LYVN Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Acceptance of Policy Terms
By using the LYVN Exchange/ Return and/or initiating a purchase request for Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on lyvn.in.
Please note that LYVN may update this policy from time to time, governing returns, refunds, or cancellation of orders. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
1. Return and Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are eligible within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are free of charge and covered by LYVN.
- Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or to the source.
- Once a return or exchange request is received, we will initiate the return or exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.
- Upon getting the product, the refund will be initiated only after a thorough quality check by the team of LYVN.
Note: The delivery partner will not pick up the product if the tags are removed, the product is missing, shows signs of usage, or any other discrepancies are found.
Prepaid Return
- The refund will be processed after verification by LYVN’s quality check team.
- Customers should not return any product before receiving confirmation from our team.
- Unconfirmed returns are not guaranteed for processing.
- Upon confirmation from our LYVN quality control team that the return meets all conditions, we will initiate the exchange or return.
- Customers will receive an email and SMS regarding the status of their return.
- Refunds will be provided in 2-4 days.
COD Return
- The return process follows the same procedure as prepaid returns.
- The refund will be provided once the LYVN quality criteria is completed.
Self-Shipping
- If a pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
- If the pickup attempt is made more than twice and is unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to the LYVN warehouse via courier.
- Courier charges up to Rs. 70 will be refunded.
- Items must be securely packed and returned in unused condition with original tags.
- Customers must submit shipping details to customer support.

Exchanges and Returns Eligibility
- Exchanges and returns apply only to products purchased on LYVN's official website.
- Products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned.
Abuse of Return & Exchange Policy
- If a customer is found misusing the policy, LYVN reserves the right to deny further requests.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
Order Processing:
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday-Saturday).
Delivery Time:
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 days.
- Major cities: 2 days.
- Remote areas: maximum delivery time.
Discount & Coupon Codes
- Discount vouchers/coupon codes are one-time use only and will be considered used even if an order is canceled.
- Offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be provided in the form of store credit.
- If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be credited to the respective account within 5-7 business days.
Missing or Defective Products
- If items are defective or missing, the issue must be noted at the time of delivery.
- Contact customer support within 24 hours to report missing/defective items.
- Failure to report within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of a replacement.
To Report an Issue, Provide:
- Order number
- Product name/style code
- Size/color of purchased product
- A picture of the product in its original packaging

2. LYVN Refund Policy Â
We value your trust in LYVN and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Here’s how our refund process works in various scenarios:
1. When You’re Eligible for a Refund Â
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

- Orders canceled within the allowed window (before dispatch)
- Items returned and approved after LYVN quality check
- Orders canceled by LYVN due to stock issues or system errors
- Replacement not possible due to out-of-stock situations
2. No Refunds Are Provided When Â

- Only part of a combo or bundle is returned — no partial refunds
- Items are purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Product is returned in used or damaged condition and fails quality check
- Refund is requested for a product eligible for replacement instead
3. Mode of Refund Â
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or as LYVN Store Credit (as per customer’s choice)
- Store credit is optional and can be used for any future order on LYVN
4. Refund Timeline Â

- Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of quality check approval.
- Depending on your bank, the amount reflects within 5–7 business days
5. Special Case – Failed Delivery Â

- If a customer accepts delivery after two failed delivery attempts, LYVN will issue a ₹70 compensation as a token of goodwill, processed via store credit or bank transfer.
6. Refund Status Updates Â

- You’ll be notified via email/SMS when your refund is processed. You can also check your refund status under My Orders on the website.
