3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Tags

  1. If you tag @lyvn.in or use our branded hashtags, you’re giving LYVN the right to feature your content on our social platforms, website, and promotional material — unless stated otherwise by you.
  2. If you wish for your content to be removed, you may simply contact us at support@lyvn.in. Upon review and approval by the LYVN team, appropriate action will be taken. However, final decisions on usage or removal will remain at LYVN’s discretion.

4. Comments, Mentions & Public Feedback

We value community feedback, and we love hearing from you.

However:

    • Comments or messages on our social platforms do not guarantee changes to our collections, operations, or decisions.
    • Our creative and business direction is set by the internal LYVN team after careful review of all insights.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any comment or content that:

Every post or communication from LYVN reflects our bold, minimal, friendly, classy, and youthful tone — in line with our internal brand guidelines. For consistency, we maintain high standards across visuals, language, color, and design.

7. Concerns or Reports
