Cancellation Policy

LYVN Cancellation Policy  

At LYVN, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. If you change your mind after placing an order, our cancellation policy is here to help.

1. Cancellation Window  

Customers can cancel their order before dispatch, which is typically within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel  

You can cancel your order through any of the following methods:

    • Website: Log in to your account and cancel the order from your order history
    • Email: Write to support@lyvn.in with your order number
    • Phone/WhatsApp: Call or message us at 9444204686

3. Refund on Cancellation  

1. If your cancellation request is received within the allowed window:

    • A full refund will be processed
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to share bank account details or can opt for LYVN store credit.

4. Cancellation After Shipment  

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you can return the item after delivery by following our Return Policy.

5. Order Modifications  

We currently do not allow modifications (such as size, color, or address changes) once the order is placed. You may cancel the order within the window and place a new one.

6. Non-Cancellable Items  

Certain products, especially those purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance, are non-cancellable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

7. Order Status Updates  

Once your cancellation request is submitted, you'll receive email/SMS confirmation with the status of your cancellation.

8. LYVN's Right to Cancel  

LYVN reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases, such as:

    • Inventory unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspicious or unverified transactions
      In such situations, a full refund will be issued immediately.

9. Auto-Cancellations (If Applicable)  

Unconfirmed COD orders or those with incomplete shipping details may be automatically canceled by our system for security and logistics reasons.
