- Exchange and Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are eligible for Store Credit only.
- Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging to pass our Quality Check (QC).
- Items that fail our Quality Check (QC) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
