Return and Exchange
1. Products ordered during sales are not eligible for return.
2. You can exchange your size or style within 7 days of delivery.
3. Each item is eligible for one exchange per order.
4. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used within 100 days from the date of issue.
5. Once a return or exchange request is received, we will process the pickup within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.
6. Our courier partner will collect the LYVN product within 1-3 days.
7. Once the product is picked up, we will initiate the exchange or refund promptly.
Note: The delivery partner will not pick up the product if the tags are removed, the product is missing, shows signs of usage, or any other discrepancies are found.
Prepaid Return
1. The refund will be processed after verification by LYVN’s quality check team.
2. Customers should not return any product before receiving confirmation from our team.
3. Unconfirmed returns are not guaranteed for processing.
4. Upon confirmation from our LYVN quality control team that the return meets all conditions, we will initiate the exchange or return.
5. Customers will receive an email and SMS regarding the status of their return.
6. Refunds will be provided in 2-4 days.
COD Return
1. COD is not available for now on LYVN’s brand website.
2. Once COD is live, the return process follows the same procedure as prepaid returns.
3. Once COD is live, the refund will be provided once the LYVN quality criteria are completed.
Self-Shipping
1. LYVN will arrange a pickup where our courier service is available.
2. If a pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
3. If the pickup attempt is made more than twice and is unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to the LYVN warehouse via courier.
4. Courier charges up to Rs. 70 will be refunded.
5. Items must be securely packed and returned in unused condition with original tags.
6. Customers must submit shipping details to customer support.

Exchanges and Returns Eligibility
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
2. Exchange requests depend on stock availability and a quick quality check once we receive the product.
3. Exchanges and returns apply only to products purchased on LYVN's official website.
4. Products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned.
Defective or Wrong Items
1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include clear photos and your order details when reporting.
3. If an item is missing, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video as proof for refund.
Abuse of Return & Exchange Policy
1. If a customer is found misusing the policy, LYVN reserves the right to deny further requests.
