- Include clear photos and your order details when reporting.

- If an item is missing, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video as proof for refund or replacement.

SHIPPING:

We’ll do our best to make returns hassle-free:

- LYVN will arrange a pickup where our courier service is available.

- For areas outside our pickup network, you can self-ship and get a â‚č70 reimbursement with valid proof of shipment.

- At any exception in Exchanges, All the refund will be given in the form of Store Credit or Coupon Code, which is valid of 100 days.
