- You can exchange your size or
style within 24 Hours of delivery.
- Each item is eligible for one exchange per order.
ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchange requests depend on stock availability and a quick quality check once
we receive the product.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos and your order details when reporting.
- If an item is missing, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video as
proof for refund or replacement.
SHIPPING:
We’ll do our best to make returns hassle-free:
- LYVN will arrange a pickup where our courier service is available.
- For areas outside our pickup network, you can self-ship and get a ₹70 reimbursement with valid proof of shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Sale prices are final. No price adjustments after purchase.
- At any exception in Exchanges, All the refund will be given in the form of Store Credit or Coupon Code, which is valid of 100 days.
- COD refunds will be issued as coupon codes only.
- Only one offer can be applied per order.
- Products exchanged once will not be eligible for further returns.
- Eligibility is based on the product, not the total order value.
- No returns on products purchased during a sale.
- No coupon can be applied on products that are already on sale.
- A handling charge of ₹201 applies on all COD orders.
